(7A) My Escort will NOT under any circumstances accept cancellation or deletion of members profiles from any third party, unless they provide the (member’s login details) to confirm authenticity.

This contract is governed by the Laws in force in the state of New South Wales, in the Commonwealth of Australia.


9. ADVERTISING
(9A) You can advertise by the month or select a period or term. You can place a personal profile and advertise in the (General Profile Pages). Your PROFILE will feature in your choice of category and country/location. You can also place additional profiles in any other categories/locations at AUD $30 per month, per each additional profile you place.

(9B) You can choose to advertise in (prime exposures) sections, such as (Featured Escorts) on Home Page - or with a (Banner) advertising on any of the home pages - refer to (advertise) for RATES and (advertising info) for explanation.

10. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
(10A) Our Policy provides that you can cancel your advertising AT ANY TIME.
(10B) Refund: we will refund you the balance of the unused portion of the advertising TERM, less all/any admin cost incurred.

12. ACCEPTANCE
BY ENTERING/USING/ADVERTISING IN THE (MY ESCORT) DIRECTORY, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT.
